Which is more risky buying a token from the ICO or in trading?
I'am always looking projects potensial , if projects is good I will invest in there. but if I don't know about roadmap , I will wait until listing on exchanger and follow announcement on forum. when dev will be update projects or have a new inovation.

Both are unique and they both have the diverse measure of hazard, however I will state that both have an equivalent measure of Risk as they both need appropriate Management from your side and everything relies upon your own advantage, and energy of holding them for a given timeframe. Here both ICO and Trading needs stable information and a decent handle on exchanging aptitudes and without them, you cannot control your hazard and figure out how to exchange, so better take in the abilities first then it would be simple for you to deal with the hazard which is engaged with exchanging and ICO.

I think the ratio between risk and profit is similar. For the ICO, the risk to loss your money is so hight but lastly the right ICO brings much more profit. For that, you shold evaluate the coin that you want to invest first before you do. If they can make you sure for star, you can star.

in my opinion both are at the same level of risk, you may end up investing in bad ico as well as losing on a trade

They are both risky and profitable, it matters the type of project you target

For me, i will just choose trading compare to buying altcoins, because as of now many icos are scam and the percentage of successful icos has been been down rapidly. I will just trading some altcoins that have a future, many of them now has it

Trading is much more profitable than buying from ico. In an ico you dont know yet if this will be successful at the end. You will know once successful in their raised money after the ico ends. Trading altcoins is good and profitable as long you know what altcoins should be trading in.

If you trade on a decentralised exchange it is safer than on an ordinary one. if you pick a good ICO and do diligence it should be fairly safe but then there is Tezos.. Trading altcoins is relatively safe provided you can hodl if you are left bagholding

By the beginning of 2018, there are many potential ICOs, you may consider investing in some potential ICOs such as ArcBlock, Credit, Envion. These are the ICOs I am involved in the bounty campaign and see very potential. It is forecasted that the next four months the exchange rate will increase rapidly.

If you have good knowledge of cryptocurrency, I advise you to trade altcoin because the altcoin rate is rising rapidly, which is the fastest way to make the most profit in the short term.

depends how well you analyze the development of the coin in the future, buy the coin during the ICO has a price that is cheaper than if you buy it outside the ICO.

Risk is inherent in anything you do in life, moreso in cryptocurrency. ICO expose you to greater risk compare to altcoin that is already established and can easily be withdrawn or converted! You need to weigh these risk and consider the risk you are willing to take!

Which is more risky buying a token from the ICO or in trading?
for me i think the most risky is to buy in ICO cause sometimes there are some not trustworthy ICO site pretending as a classified investments site .which is showing false testimonials and video to gain more client such ponzi sites. But also on trading there are some ,the same also of ico which is copy site or clone. However we can prevent those ponzi just do some research to ensure that we are in safe site. Or make some questions here so that more professional investor and traders can help. Much better i think.

I think for me the trading is easy and Buying from ICO is good but at that time we have not able to predict the actual position of the ICO but when the prices comes to the market then the trading feel good because we can become satisfied with this. In the first step look at least six months history of altcoin then compare many altcoin their uses and their trading activities then make investment in one of them.

I think both buying from ico and trading altcoin has the same risk but I prefer with trading because if we cannot make any profit, we could still make that profit in the other time. I realize that buying from ico have a risk because the coin is just starting without any history at all and no one guarantee that the coin will be increasingly high, even the dev cannot guarantee too. if we still want to buy from ico, then we should know how much money that we want to spend so if the coin is not worth, we don't have too sad about this.

I didn't like ICO's until I tried and made very nice profits. Now I see it more interesting, then looking at candles.

Which is more risky buying a token from the ICO or in trading?
i think investing ICOs is more risky than trading because when we trade, we can control our money to sell or buy, so we can stop whenever we want to cut losses, however, investing in ICOs is a one way ticket, we may lost all money if that ICO scam, so i will choose to trade altcoins rather than investing ICOs.

Basically both are will be at risk if we act careless on start or lack of consideration in predicting for trading that would be to do. In essence I think we must really can be able to see clearly a basis of what we will do. Choose the right ones and you can predict it will obviously proven would be produce a definite profit.

Which is more risky buying a token from the ICO or in trading?
Based on my experience, buying a token from ico project in crowdsale is more risky compare with trading altcoin or bitcoin. We need to know this investment is high risk high return so more higher risk and higher return. Lower risk and lower return.
