The more I read this whitepaper, I am struck by the absence of technical thoughts about problem-solving in this business. At the same time, the lead programmer is very experienced and the site is professionally designed.
Other issues from the white paper:
Industry facts
"The following information has been collected based on the work of the technical support of one of the top webcam sites:"
"The technical support department receives an average of 750 chats per day and receives an average of 100 emails with various problems." (NOTE....that's not many chats!)
"On average, there are 250 new model registrations on a top website per day." (NOTE...ok, this is 1750 per week or 7000 per 4 weeks, that is good)
80% of them are the new models who never before worked on this particular platform. (also good)
10% of these new models become successful models that work in the future as well.
60-70% of the new models stop working before they can collect the minimal amount for withdrawal. (this is the BIGGEST issue for a site like this. What stops them from doing it again? Is it technical, privacy, payment or maybe dealing with unpalatable males? Did the site have feedback questionnaires for the females. Can livestars do this to ensure a Quality Assurance process?)
"99% of the newly registered male models never collect the minimal amount for withdrawal." (note - no surprise! But, the fact raises more questions than answers).
good facts indeed. i have to add that i found out, that there is no burning of tokens or something like this in the program. for example, you pay the model 10tokens = 1 token goes to dev fund, 1 token gets burned and 8 tokens the model gets. that way, the total amount of supplied tokens would gradually lowered, thus resulting in rising the price continually  this option, would be very good for investors now and upcoming new investors, ofc. This option (burning of tokens through transactions) cannot be applied here where the token is meant as the only payment method usable on the site. But, if the platform succeed, the price can only rise, because there will be a fixed number of tokens and more and more users willing to buy it to use the platform, so more demand! Especially if some investors are holding it!  |

Now it is not a good time to presen LiveStars as Platform with much advantages. But don't forget that the same happened
in 2017, 2016, ... So at the end it will be stable and as long as the customers are paying.
Anyone knows how flexible the payment is? Is it different per girl or is it also flexible because of the proce of the coins?
I think that no. On a similar site, some models charge more for certain services. But in general, the price is the same |

Now the timing is good, because the discount + eth decline, the overall cost is declining, but I see the project on the "sex industry" is not very high gains, I prefer the public chain projects are almost always at least 10 times the increase
I guess the "porn industry" coins will be concentrated at some time outbreak, like "gambling, gambling" the same well sex sells thats like a rule of the universe.... its just a question of time guys |

I'm looking forward to see where this is headed. The cam girls make much much more on this platform than ther competitors. I wouldn't see a reason for them to NOT move to Live Stars.

And if you think that simply having an adult site means traffic will magically appear, you are gravely mistaken. It takes millions, TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars invested into acquiring traffic to get the ball rolling. Then there is the question of getting good cam models to keep the site busy for when those visitors do eventually show up. Sure, you can use cam girl studios in Eastern European and Latin American countries to populate the site. But you'll still need some good deals to attract the A-grade models.
And NO. Affiliates will not be the ones to generate that traffic. If the site isn't attracting users and the girls aren't good enough to make sales, the affiliates will quickly stop promoting the site.
The only way I see this project working is if they are partnered with a leader in the cam business already who will guide them through the process or if they are associated with one of the 5 major players when it comes to adult traffic.

Also, for those that think a higher revshare for the models will make them switch. You're wrong. Many sites have tried it. Some even trying to give 100% rev share to the models. Do you know why they didn't work? Because without enough revenue going to the company, they couldn't maintain the traffic levels needed to keep the models busy enough to keep streaming on their sites. The reason why cam companies keep such a big chunk of the revenue is they have VERY high overhead costs when it comes to marketing. Models will go where there is money to be made. If they're split of 25% on one site nets them $1,000 a day while their 80% split on another site only makes them $200 a day, where do you think they will keep working? |

Well the models were cute, recently i have not seen them around. I guess that was good for promotion? If someone knows at what time the model will be on, at rush hour for example, will come back every time... For me was not about how they look, for example each one can compensate with their personality. It was fun how i understood Snowprincess and her giggles and smooth dances, or how i seen through Summer artsy type or hearing her songs... IMO the site would have success in time. Is not all about them being naked, or them appearing stripped. I had nice conversations with them. xD |
