I think that firstly it could be possible to buy livestars coins just with a credit card. I know that a few cryptos like gamecredits can be bought with a credit card. About how to withdraw i prefer to wait a message from the team ^^ but i know there are solutions.

I think I read somewhere that they are planning to add an external instant exchange on their website in order to make the conversion process for the models convenient. So everything they have to do it use a cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchange service if they want to receive their payment in fiat. I think it should work the other direction as well then, right?

Exchanges are not incentivized in any way to do this.

I think this is a good point. But in exchanges they didn't know what the model does for a living right? But eventually, I think Livestars will make their own internal exchange where the models can sell their coins right away.
