More probable is a few more percent, maybe 60% of HC can be expected or close to it. It is good. Of course, meeting the HC would be nicer for the warchest.

Now for an important difference. Unlike Spank, the unsold token will be burned. With spank, per the whitepaper, sfaik, the unsold token are "reserved". That sounds dodgy to me.
