I think that the main innovation is the models salary. With this architecture, it will be twice as a regular website (on average). This is a very good leverage to gain more models then more content then more customers.

Sounds good - but imo all depend of the content. Can customers get something more than now from existing platforms? In fact many of them based on some kinds of tokens - their internal tokens also (credits)

You are right, they don't need well known models, and it's the wrong approach, when you make good enough platform, models will come without asking.

But before that, they have to know about the site and marketing has to be clever, could you target chaturbate models for ads example? Verified amateurs on Pornhub talk to each other, so maybe referral links for models could do the trick.

Absolutely right. You guys think to much theoretically about this.
In reality, maybe 1 % want to chat with a celebrity, but 99 % go to the cam-service which is 1 $ instead of 3 $.
This is the reality, I know the business well.
So it is good, to think also for the models, BUT if you forget to think about the normal horny guy, who spent his hard earned money, you will not succeed!
The money comes from the man, not from the models, so you have to think from their persepective.
I would choose 2,50 $ for an amateur girl, instead of 3 $ for a celebrity, because it means after 30 min, 75 $ for amateur or 90 $ for celebrity.

definetly right! compare it with regular porn websites there are thousands.. and for example everybody knows pornhub. why? its not because they have a USP but they have a huge offer. lets applicate this thoughts on livestars. if livestars had the uberfeature for customers but there is just a lack of models - who would care about this website - nobody. its important to get the models online - the customers will follow up

So they cant ignore the fact that they will have to attract users also, especially when they start from zero.

Competition is high but live starts will have much higher salaries for models so they will have nice incentive to choose this platform. There will be implemented exchange for tokens that will make converting them into fiat currencies  much easier

Well I thought it was already mentioned that customers will profit from complete anonymity on the platform. LIVE tokens are bought only with other crypto currencies so there won't be a link between spending fiat money and a webcam site.

And I think (or at least hope) that some users would like it when the model gets the biggest part of the money instead of a shady studio owner.

But in the end it will be a matter of the price for the customers. So when LIVE stars can manage to offer a similar price to other camsites, they can score with anonymity.

It would have been cool to have a product.

If the website is easy to use and have a lot of contents, it's sur that a lot of people will use it.

But if the quality is poor and the website not user friendly with just a few functionnalities, it's sure that it will no attract people.

An alpha or even more screenshots of the version in development would have been good.

It all depends on how popular people make this platform. but first things first , we have to see the platform made. then we'll worry about who to bring on. this is where the dev's come in. if they manage to do a good job they will also have to promote it.
