Dear Luckycoin Community,
I have sent an open letter to flound the operator of the multipool.
------------------------------------------------------------ Dear flound1129,
With this kind of trading on Cryptsy where orders are crossed for hours from 1 Satoshi and levels that force the multipool to push the coin to insane difficulty levels, I formally request the Luckycoin to be removed from the multipool.
Please comment in the community forum. luckycoinfoundation.org
Best regards,
Titan ------------------------------------------------------------
I invite everyone involved to comment on the topic in the Luckycoin community forum, luckycoinfoundation.org : Cryptsy, Multipool, Miners, Luckycoin community. https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/1864-removal-of-luckycoin-from-the-multipool/

We've just opened our first LuckyCoin pool: lucky.cryptcoins.net- Proportional payout per block based on your shares ratio to the pool's total shares for the found block. - The worker who finds the block is awarded 1% of the block off the top. - Stratum Vardiff adjusted to your hashrate.

Are there any Pools at all for Luckycoin with a high hashrate? Most i find i can solo faster then yet the network speed is high so someone has a pool that's running a half decent hash.
Any Idea Guys?

Something really weird is happening with my luckycoind daemon. When I pull last block, it's time is very recent, like seconds ago, yet the difficulty is around 0.05. Also, the block count is way lower than what some other sites such as Coinwarz and blockchain exprolers show. Obviously my wallet is not based on the real blockchain. When I mine it I find blocks without any orphans. Block reward comes to my wallet but when I transfer them even after many confirmations the recipient never gets them. I compiled the binary from github sources a few days ago so I assume it is recent, there are no changes when I git pull.
I'd be happy if you can shed some light on it. Thank you.

Sounds like you are on the wrong chain. Keep some peers from this thread and redownload.

Thank you for responding. I actually figured out myself. There are 2 github accounts for luckycoin, apparently I chose the wrong one. For the record: https://github.com/LuckyCoinProject/Luckycoin <-- This is wrong! https://github.com/LuckyCoinFoundation/Luckycoin <-- Correct one. I removed my copy and compiled from the other, more recent github profile and it is working now.

Is there any particular reason we have lost half the coin value since the Dec 14th update ? Any news coming that might prop us back up a bit ?

I saw that too, assuming it'll bounce back up. I guess partially depends on the devs. Hopefully it doesn't die off entirely, I would expect to see it go back up in the next few months.

one month ago today value per lucky .00003109 to .00004000 today value per lucky .00001055 to .00001098
That is almost 2/3rd to 3/4th value lost, among the very worst of all alt coins. Why ?
is the coin too quiet? does it need more pools? was it replaced by lotto/casino coins?
