I've tried to set a new MN and send the exact 5000 XCXT (I had 5000.99...)

But now, the wallet doesn't synchronized since yesterday. I really don't know why.

So i created a new MN, and I send 5000XCXT on the new adress.
But when I'm going on explorer http://193.70.109.114:5003/search my address is unknown...

In "transactions, I just se a self payment of 0.00001 (a fee).

Still the same message when I'm trying to start the MN
Nothing in "Inputs", I'v see informations before but nothing right now.

Thank you for your help

Guys,

I have completed my first modified version of the wallet without the freezing issue. I am NOT the dev of this coin, but this code is based on the dev's latest updated code. My modifications move the masternode list updating code off to another thread so it doesn't hang the GUI while updating. There are still a few other occasional freezes in the GUI (I've noticed especially when syncing for a while) - I may take a stab at those later. In this case, I was specifically targeting the freezing up for 20+ seconds every 30 seconds or so that made the wallet very frustrating to use.

Compiled Windows 64-bit wallet: https://github.com/modzer0hax/CoinonatX/releases/download/2.0.3.3-modz1/CoinonatX-win64.zip
Source on github: https://github.com/modzer0hax/CoinonatX

Disclaimer: I can assure you I've added no malicious code, but if you're worried about that then don't use this or review the source and compile it yourself. Make sure you have backups, etc. etc. and treat this as pre-release code. I'm not responsible if it ruins your wallet, corrupts your files, steals your wife, and all that.

I hope this will be helpful to someone.

please add 32-bit versions wallet. Thank!

Thanks for your work, I'd almost given up on CoinonatX.

I am still experiencing hangs while syncing the blockchain, so perhaps there are some locking issue there as well?

Yes, that's what I was referring to above. I will probably take a look at that next to see what can be done there.

I noticed the devs have merged my code into their github repo, so it looks like the next official version of the wallet will probably have my changes included.

So you fixed what they didn't manage to fix in at least three months. Thanks for your work, but that doesn't reflect well on them.
Maybe you should initiate a hard fork so we can hand over the project to somebody who can actually code.

In "transactions, I just se a self payment of 0.00001 (a fee).

Still the same message when I'm trying to start the MN
Nothing in "Inputs", I'v see informations before but nothing right now.
Its impossible. If you have coins in wallet, than it have at list one input. Try to do all again according to the instructions from the first page of this thread.

I'm sorry, but I don't have a Mac to compile my modified non-freezing wallet for you. Maybe you could try using Wine to run the Windows wallet on your Mac?

This seemed like an interesting coin with only 50$ for a MAsterNode but the wallet issues are a little troubling. The people who currently have a MasterNode with 5k coins, what is your daily gains?

- Do you stake to a different wallet/adress than the Masterode and get staking rewards there as well?
- At what amount of coins does it become profitable to have regular staking than a MasterNode?
- Or can you have more than one Masternode on one computer?

You should be able to create multiple masternodes in the same wallet with the same ip but different ports

i can tell you this about this coin:
- no one knows who the dev is and where this is going
- the official wallet is a crap - keeps freezing and goes 100% CPU used
- in theory you can run masternodes and staking as well. i personally did not get any rewards from staking.
- you can have multiple masternodes on the same computer but running on different ports

Tank you, good summary. I would not invest again. Tried to run two masternodes, but didn´t work.
