Refreshed page, cleared cache, tried everything. I'm very annoyed as I wanted to back Paderborn when they were 1-0 down as the stats showed they'd had 7 shots to only 1 and 68% possession. Couldn't do it and they won 4-1 in the end.  |

Please answer me....I have tried 2 different computers, my internet connection is fine, I am still unable to see live bets once games start....I can see the list of upcoming games but they disappear at kick off time leaving only later games still to start showing.
Another puzzling thing is that there is still an ungraded losing bet showing from yesterday even though the games in it have long finished...that has NEVER happened before and I've been with you since day one almost.
Please tell me what to do next.

Everything is normal, I don't see any problem. I can see live bets here. It looks like your pc or internet provider have the problem. |

i always get the message "No Live games at the moment" and then just a roadmap of the live games ahead (which then don´t go live!) additionally bet slips from 1 day ago are still not graded. would be nice to hear a statement from the bitcoinlivebets rep here at bitcointalk  |

Thanks for answering.....I am still unable to see the live bets....The QPR V Leeds game was on there but as soon as it kicked off 12 minutes ago, the game vanished and I was just left with the list of games to come. I have two pc's here, I have cleared the cache in both, I have used two browsers on both and still no good. Any techies out there have an idea what is wrong?  |

Yes we have technical problems with our odds provider since yesterday. So there are no in play games at the moment. We expect this will be fixed during the day.
If you miss any result of a ready bet slip, please send us a support ticket or post here and we will handle that manually.
As soon as the live odds continue to work in the next hours, I will inform you.

thank you for the update If the problem is with your odds provider then of course you can´t do anything about it. The only thing that really sucks in my opinion is that this happens on a saturday (usually the day with the most soccer matches / games in general). |

I still have a few open bets (a few lost, a few won) and if they were settled I would be able to use the funds for non-live betting (but if you need the time to make live-betting work again I can also wait for the settlement of my bets until tomorrow) |
