I'm still waiting for this bet to be graded. Can it be today please?.....Surely you realise the quicker the punter has his winnings returned, the quicker he bets again. Direct bet, Anonibet, Nitrogen and Cloudbet all settle instantly and if you don't start doing likewise fast you will be left behind and start losing customers my friend. Nobody owes you a living. I know you have had live betting issues for a couple of weeks but that shouldn't mean people wait for pre game bets to be settled. |

I don't see an open bet slip or open support request. Probably you are upset because we still have no in play odds. We are really working on that. I am very sorry about that. While we tested, we found out that there are a few open tasks to do, so we are currently finishing this to do list. Can you check what's wrong with my deposit
Since blockchain.info is down, we have to deposit it manually (or it comes when blockchain.info continues to work). Maybe you have a transaction hash so I can charge the amount just right now? There should be no old open bet slip anymore (we graded a lot yesterday as well). Thanks for your patience! |
