We follow strict security policies, but in case of cryptocurrencies the safety of users is very much in their own hands, so the best thing that we can do for users is to monitor potential threats, notify the users and provide them with relevant instructions if needed.
The Platform will be extensively tested and go through all kind of checks for vulnerabilities before the launch. Also, we plan to make an external security audit of the software before the launch of the Platform.

Holders of ABTs issued on the Platorm will be obliged to purchase part of SLTs, in order to involve
investors to the governance of the Platorm. Thus, the control of the Platorm will be in the hands of the
community of ABT investor, which will increase the credibility of the rules enforced by the Platorm. As a
result, partcipants of SLT crowdsale will enjoy SLT price appreciaton due to constant demand.

When investor buys an asset-based token, does he sign any kind of smart contract
with an escrow company or the Platormn How does the Platorm guarantee money
return to investors if a company they invested in appears to be a scam?

Yes, the ABT issue and further interacton with investors will be govern by the smart contract.
Additonally, other legal agreements protectng interests of tokenholders between agricultural
company, the Platorm and an escrow company will be signed and provided to investors.
The Platorm will set high standards for audit and examinaton of a company prior to an ABT issue,
therefore “scam” companies will not even have a chance to issue tokens (at least within the Platorm).
Should the company default on its obligatons, the collateralized assets will be transferred to ownership
of the escrow company and sold consequently. The proceeds will be provided to the token holders.

Escrow company will be incorporated by the Platform. The incorporation document (e.g. charter) will protect the interest of investors by not letting either the Platform or agricultural companies make any actions with the assets without prior consent of ABT holders.

To monitor already tokenized assets, tokenholders can decide on unscheduled monitoring of enterprises. At the same time, some of the inspections can be appointed by special software, which, using historical patterns and available information, will determine suspicious results of activities of agricultural companies. Even if the tokenholders are not qualified enough, the Platform will help to fight fraud, and such checks will be virtually unpredictable for any of the enterprises since even the holders of the tokens will not know about them in advance. The unexpectedness of the checks will allow them to be as effective as possible. The control of the token holders will be done by assigning the number of such checks for a certain period (for example, for the next 3 months), thus, the monitoring costs will remain under the full control of the tokenholders.
