so is this a fork of bitcoin?

Absolutely  not !!! Grin
Just read the main thread!!!!

Just a word about mining, it still very easy to mine it, people, if you wanna be involved and give a bit to the project, just go to this pool => https://equipool.1ds.us/
There is 2 % fee wich go the the project development, it's not something we should miss, we are 4 miner on this pool, suprnova have more than 1400 people on BTCZ, imagine how much we can increase the project with all this people mining for the coin...

Again I just want to reiterate that creating so many pools is not helping BitcoinZ at this time. Those small pools with tiny hashrate are very unlikely to get a block. Let's say your dev donation is 2%... 2% of no blocks is still zero. You'd be better off mining on suprnova and manually donating to the devs, if donation is what you care about.

I think it much better if the community at this time votes on a single pool to all join to compete with suprnova. Otherwise it's just not going to do you any good starting more small pools that have a fraction of the suprnova hash rate.

Sadly this is the current state of affairs.

Hi,
A couples of days ago I made a donation for the exchanges listings of 100BTCZ. Not much, I know, but I am just a small GPU miner.

My wallet also reports a transaction for -100BTCZ.

When I looked today on the explorer there is a second transaction for 75BTCZ for a total of 175BTCZ?

Was this taken without my consent? Is a fee of 75BTCZ?

If it is a fee? Will we be charged 75% of every transaction?

Can you clarify this please? Not worried about the extra 75 BTCZ I don't mind a donation, but I want to know how this happened.

Thanks.

Your transaction was using the MyBitcoinZ wallet which moves funds around between your bip32 wallet https://bitcoin.org/en/glossary/hd-protocol the funds went to another wallet address in which you own. You can see all the wallet address by going to Settings > "Personal Wallet" > More Options > Wallet Addresses.

Please if anyone has any questions it is important to ask and to clarify everything. If anyone wants, it would be real useful to the community to show "How To" with screenshots for wallet usage, and multisig wallet usage. Can post to https://connect.bitcoinz.global/

Can it handle nicehash? Thinking of getting a contract going for a few days to bump our hash rate and also be donating to the pool fund for getting us on additional exchanges.

We have a port for nicehash: stratum+tcp://pcmining.xyz:3958

Pool fee: 0.1% + 0.5% for listing or marketing... That 0.5% goes to - Marketing / Exchange listings donations (responsible cryptorex @ slack): BitcoinZ: t1fHHnAXxoPWGY77sG5Zw2sFfGUTpW6BcSZ
