I am using Zcash wallet .. pool says amount been paid .. But nothing showing up .. Its been like 5 hours .. And wallet is fully synced

if you are using a zcash wallet you would have to take the keyfile and put it in a bitcoinz wallet for your funds to show, if you are synced to the zcash network only zcash coins will show in the wallet.

I think it's still in development, tried checking at https://github.com/bitcoinz-pod/bitcoinz/  Does it seem like the steps for windows are for linux? I did not understand well

issue resolved, sorry about that, the payment scripts got clogged with the shear number of btz coins i have increased all the limits so everything should be back to normal now.

pool is now accessible at http://equi.mining4.co.uk you can use this in miner config instead of ip same ports.
