So what happens if the owner of the shares goes bankrupt or cannot provide the shares to lat?
How is counterparty risk managed?
Accreditated companies will sell asset on the auction to return money back to investors in case of asset owner won't be able to buy his property back on the settlement date. How will the auction equity shares if the company doesn't have them? The owner then will have to give their assets away What if they are bankrupt?

Do you already have Italian translation? I could be interested (once bounty conditions are published). Project is extremely interesting.

If the seller fails to buy LABT back on the expiration date, it's sold on the Dutch auction for fiat currency

There are certified trustees, who are responsible for the safety of an asset. They also conduct appraisal of it
