I wonder why you need to register at all, all holder addresses are known and distribution should be done without any KYC

As stated numerous times through out the ICO and since it's completion, the platform is not open to some places (including the US at this time) and dividends will not be paid to those in places where the platform is not open. I don't get if you are talking against Spectre or what? In the case you're talking about Spectre I'd say at least read the whitepaper, when you trade on forex you're giving your money to a broker so you can get scammed very easely. On Spectre you will trade against a smart contract basically, so there are literally zero chances to get scammed by a broker. That's why Spectre is born and it's going to have a great future

I do not understand how to get the dividend. in mew I have stock dividends and utility token from bounty results in the past, then whether this token is sent directly to the website to get dividends? should i send utility or dividend tokens? thanks for advice.

So, If I take your meaning, to get dividends, it is not sufficient just to hold SXDT in the wallet. This steps include signing up on a platform, and sending letter to developers with ask of participation in this 2018 reward distribution?

We need to wait for this market to recover because the prices of all altcoins are showing signs of going down and it is hard to reach the price in this time but if the market rebound then surely the price will reach $ 2-3 absolutely can happen because the market up then all the altcoins will soon be x10 and we just need to buy and wait for the opportunity.
