I just passed KYC. Took 10 minutes using Firefox. However, I had repeated failures when using Chrome.

Yes, you need to add your address private key in meta in order to link in metamask because they add this future for additional security. Yesterday one of my friend who is holding withdraw his dividends through metamask and withdrawal went very successfully. |

For anyone having issues with Metamask (I have never used it before): you need to fire up Metamask before you log in. It didn't work for me the other way around.

Thanks for the information, I hope that this sunday they will add support for ledger nano too. @Spectre.ai.team , if we want to claim our dividends from a ledger's snapshot but sxdt ar not there anymore because I moved them to metamask, I must send sxdt to the ledger address again in order to claim eth? |

The current version of the rewards portal has full support for Metamask withdrawals (which supports ERC20 compatible wallets and wallets created in MEW) You do not have to move your tokens to another wallet to collect your dividends. So US citizens for sure, when they say "restricted countries on exchanges" I believe that countries like China, North Korea, and Syria are included. Community manager can enlight us on this btw

Every potential platform will take time to recover their prices because they are in the begining stages of their platform development. So we have to wait until their targets are achieved. We need little more patience here for getting higher value dividends. |
