Yes. It was there in IDEX before they take the decision to delist security tokens. Some jurisdictions consider dividend paying tokens as security tokens and most of crypto exchanges do not accept security tokens.
SXDT can be traded only at ForkDelta and DDEX at the moment. CEO mentioned that they will introduce their own DEX to trade SXDT and SXUT soon.

These things they mentioned at the time of ICO only, every company will grow but they need to have some confidence in their project in order to improve the standard. Yes, this partnership will help the platform to grow even in terms of dividends also.

Why did you not read the information (link) I provided earlier?

The answer is at the bottom: "You do not need to spend tokens, just hold in order to unlock."

They did not mention an exact release date. Just watch the last webinar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzBL-e1MRtE). Think it came up during the Q&A at the end. They're aiming for a SXDT/SXUT centred exchange. Blue chip coins/tokens (BTC/ETH...) may be added. It's mostly meant to be the go-to exchange for their own tokens.

Afaik this is not possible since the trader and dividend platforms require seperate accounts.
