What is the spending limit for Paycent Solitaire cards? Can it be somehow increased?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

It is written in the whitepaper or if you can just go to the Paycent website to see the information about the debit cards

Good to see Paycent being listed to ICO listing sites. This will create more visibility to the project.

It's good to see this thread gaining popularity, but I see a lot of anunswered questions. So I try to help the community answering some of them:

> By what mechanism do you plan to increase the attractiveness of PYN tokens for investors?

Paycent is kind of dividend token, they offer 33% revenue share to investors.

> Do I have to be a PYN token holder to receive Paycentos debit cards?

My guess that you shouldn't be PYN holder to have a basic Ruby card, they have an multi currency wallet app for iOS/Android and there you will be able to order virtual/physical card https://paycent.com/paycent-debit-card/
