So the way I see it, the chances of the client working as a node "out of the box" are virtually nil. A port forward or firewall rule (or both) will probably be required to make it work, depending on how the host computer accesses the internet. |

Still messing around.. Managed to compile the daemon, I'm trying to compile the GUI, but I get an error. Probably a problem with the way I configured qmake. If it's not then I might not be able to keep going.I know it's a PITA using windows to compile, but I'm not gonna install ubuntu on a rig for this unless I get desparate.
If I manage to compile the source, I'll have a go at taking the latest version of litecoin, making the changes nessecary for it to used on the present SXC network, compile it, test it, bundle everything with an installer and post the source on github so it can be developed further.
That's a lot of if's but I think the first thing we need is a nice clean client to work from. Thats the foundation.Just wondering if anybody else is interested in developing this coin.

Unfortunately only two of them are actually sexcoin clients. Port 9333 is litecoin right? No idea on 9917. Mine does this too and I have no idea why. |
