I have bought some coins till now,no problems with withdrwals or deposits,but today I put some 30$ in BTC on the platform and when I did the exchange with BTBc ,a message appeared said "bitbase will refresh the page"(or something like that),so I pressed OK,it refreshed and I had neither my BTC or my BTBc tokens. I send a message to the support team,but I`m not hoping they will respond.. I even snapped the transactions and all. So,can I do sth or I just lost 30$?(more interested in that 140 coins that I bought..)

I know fomo kicks in but if  you wanna buy go to coinexchange and do all your bidding there. don't transer btbc leave it where it's at. dump some btc in coinexchange and buy from there. as for your deposits theres nothing to do but to wait it out till they are finished. I don't see no point for you to stress over so little if you invested so much already.
