Coinsmarkets might just be the weirdest mystery of all time in crypto... At least in all the other hacks, all the cards are (mostly) out in the open. Coinsmarkets is such a weird exit scam.

I'm still unsure whether this is a smart or stupid way to exit scam compared to the others. It's more annoying for sure.

90/335 coins
there are still 245 coins

I will track and replenish the list)

can you add to list the last week coin and the coin of this week

There is no point to do the list, those coins in the list are all very low traded volume and some are worse with no other exchange for you to trade. Except ECA, so imagine it yourself.

I'm waiting for my ECA's since the 21st of April. Today I've tried to withdrawal Ember and AERM. AERM seems to be successful, but Ember same story as ECA...

We filed an appeal with the CFTC official commission. We also invite you to share your experience with the CFTC official commission. Of course we strongly advise against the site https://coinsmarkets.com

To deposit CFTC complaint and make justice use the link:

https://forms.cftc.gov/Forms/TipsAndComplaints.aspx

Several complaints are filed with the CFTC with several teams of lawyers specializing in finance and international law.  Since you cannot withdraw your funds and the fraud has been proven for several months.  The rape of your fundamental rights is complete.  Know that every currency crypto movement is traceable we have already followed many paths. Since coinsmarkets.com blocks withdrawals of people's funds, we will join other teams to support the process to help people and deposit a complaint.

it'll take as long as it takes, but we won't let go.  Grin  Sooner or later everyone knows each other. Especially in the digital age Roll Eyes

Advice to the manager of CM stop your scam and return to pay back the people who trusted you before things got out of hand.

One more complaint. It 's my complaint Grin i just dropped that couldn't find my coins and it looks like the wallets are empty now by CM!

if he does not pay the justice will find them early or late, we are digital Cool

For me it is the same. I have deposit a complaint to CFTC official commission. I encourage you to do the same as me

any reply? im thinking this case is kinda small comparing the rest of ICO scams thats happening. and since all the tech is in experimental state and only way you can be safe is to operate with bitlicense exchanges. but, as fart as i know, there's only 3 companies holding this license. more exchanges could apply to expand their traffic, but it looks like they prefer to stay in shadow, and you can not issue bitlicense for exhcanges like HitBTC or coinsmarkets since they don't provide any information regarding the ownership. and the amount of blockchain lawyers is a little depressing. but its nice to see the situation changes.

True, let's phrase it this way: I didn't think they would ever risk logging back into the website again.

So with their current update on manually sending coins, I think we are down to 2 options. Either they are saying that after "releasing" 58 (granted 0 volume) coins to buy them alot more time, meaning they wont "release" any new coins for a couple weeks to draw out the process even more. Or, they are actually going to try to make right with people and release what wasnt stolen, if that was the case that some coins are now saying. Really, even if they did scam all those alt coins, if they just released BTC and LTC 95% of people would go away and stop bothering them and they would still end up ahead. I do find it very very strange though, that they posted that in the news. It also concerns me a little because I know they read the troll box and im positive they have a secret account watching this thread, that they did not explain what happened with the coins weather they sold them, or they were stolen. I still dont think that ill ever see my coins again, but im still checking for the surprise that ill get back what I have stuck in there.

I don't know. The only ones who know is CM themselves. I personally haven't received the two coins that failed for me yet. Spica and Flappy..Flappy wasn't on the right chain. Other than that only 1 other coin of mine was released and it was 808 coin and it worked fine.

Although I agree with you. It does not hurt anyone for these people to continue to chat and discuss this scam with hope of receiving their stolen coins. There's been many exchange scams and many topics with hundreds of replies still going to this day.

Your car analogy doesn't really fit into this. If a car was stolen we would be calling our insurance, the police etc. We'd have coverage. There is no such thing in the crypto space.
