So, I've been using the app for about a week now. Special bugs did not arise. Works quickly, the geolocation is good. Out of the minuses: the number of tokens and how fast the battery's charge goes down. But I think this is because of the amount of connected app. Good work, guys

Using the mobile internet is quite battery-heavy on it's own, combined with GPS and screen it eats a tone of it, not much you can optimize here.

They definitely don't want to undercut people who live in small communities. What they're actually doing is equalizing the amount of coins one player can obtain per chunk of area, keeping the competition in mind. From that perspective it's very fair.

That's not true. There are way less coins in low-populated territories.

And there are less players in low-populated areas, thus making it much easier to collect the coin.

I think that it's pretty hard to reduce the battery consumption of an app that uses geoposition, camera and 3G at the same time!

What I found to be effective, is turning down screen brightness and closing all other apps that are running in the background
