Hello, I am a bit new to this crypto business and I have never participated in any ICOs? Would anyone be so kind to give me a brief step by step on how to participate in ICO on 20.10.2017 when it starts?

And here it is written
VZT will be available for purchase beginning on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 0400 UTC with a Token Generating Event (TGE) open to non-US purchasers only. Please note that VZT are utility tokens for use on the Vezt platform and are not securities.

they are internally on boarding songs for app development, have procured a Jay-Z & a Kanye West song thus far. once app is completed artists themselves will onboard their own music rights directly
Robert, could you or the team comment on the use of the token? Specifically the mechanics, will the token be re-used after purchasing ip? Or will that token be re-used to pay royalties? Or will vezt generate more tokens, or burn them after use? I’m sure there are other options I’m not listing here, but understanding what the token would be helpful.
---the token is a utility token. For app users using fiat ( usd etc ) the vezt token will Cary the value of the investment into the rights ledger. Should the artist or producer, songwriter etc choose to they can hold the vezt token or we can convert it to ( fiat, eth, bitcoin )
In much the same fashion as a debit convert currency when you travel abroad
