I have a friend in Wales.  He's big time into crypto.  He says he got in early, called his family and they all got in too.  I cant tell if hes trolling but he said he was going to ask for his grandparents facebook ids to get it for them too since he can still access the site.  

Why are some able to access the site but not others?
