I understand this airdrop was a 'lite' version of the ERC20 token - held on their servers and swappable with Facebook friends. Is it possible to interchange your holding in Lite with a true ERC20 token (and therefore send it to exchanges to trade with other users there)?

According the website, that will be the plan. The lite version will be exchangeable on a later stadium to an ERC20 token.
