Hey, you need to have an email id attached to your Facebook account. In the account settings section, click the "edit" button next to your phone  number and you will see a link to add youe email address. After that you can claim the tokens.
My friend ran into the same problem yesterday.

Ok, After the 2hours of trying to get my hands on a piece of the pie I managed to get some POWE lite tokens...
Now my next questions are :

- will @Powtoken still be answering questions inhere from now on?
- If I understood it well, as from the 10th of october we will be able to transfer our tokens to facebook friends?
- when will this token be introduced to an exchange and which exchanges?
- Will we be able to transfer the currency to a local/paper wallet afterwards for storage?

But this is a POW lite token, so I would not focus to much on the value it displays right now.
My first thought would be that POW lite is to POW  like Satoschi is to bitcoin

For the  moment, only creators are controlling the supply of POWtokens, so it's easy to control the price of something if only you have this something.

Once it will be really given to users, you could expect a large drop in the price.
