Exactly this. Some of us (like me)  are new in all this, so I may ask "stupid" questions, or not understand some things from whitepaper,so we will rely on devs and community to explain us stuff we don't understand.

Since they adverstise as global wireless Internet provider, I guess they won't focus on one  specific country.

If you see which people is in project, project start in Lithuanian, but it is worldwide... am I correct?

That's a solvable problem. In case of mobile app we will cache the data about hotspot locations inside the app. Therefore you will be able to locate them even when you are ofline.

There is minimum contribution of 0.5eth and max contribution of 50eth and everyone gets a 67% discount (it means 3 times more tokens during ICO)
