Also, one other option is sync wallet with new CLI and open wallet which has problem with old simplewallet exe. it should work. Make sure you have your correct password with you.

If the password is wrong then how can I open it with GUI wallet? Why are so many people entering the wrong password? not just me.
I could open the old wallet with the GUI but it looks like the GUI is not connected so I can not send the coin to a new wallet

Dude, dont be so difficult, check that workaround.
Fully Sync using latest deamon, open in GUI. Close the Deamon. Send 10 Sikka using GUI and use 1 Sikka as Fee. Receiving wallet should show transaction coming if you open parallelly in CLI.
Then close the GUI. Open the Deamon again to sync, wait for 2-3 blocks and then open GUI, you will see transaction confirmed.

Everyone is trying to help you, but when we communicate through a written text, we should be more patient to write back and forth.

Inline to workaround above if you launch the Deamon i.e. StartCoin batch file, and sync then open GUI while Deamon CLI running alongside. GUI wallet should work perfectly find and sync as well, because daemon will sync and wallet reads same blockchain folder.

I think this is sufficiently decent workaround till Wallet Dev compile again with the latest code, he is busy but we are in touch.
Also, waiting for Forknote Dev also to fix simplewallet issues on windows.

SYNC and working wallet-gui + sikkad

Of course the wallet is working.  I haven't touched my other computer in 1 month (battery died and it was off).  Until I can afford to replace that 12" MacBook, it will stay off in a box.  I wish I could sell it back to Apple.  It's so slow that it's useless.

I wasn't joking about 1 million sikka.

I can't even take a valid PNG screenshot.  I had to convert it using Gimp.

Now, CLI can't open wallets. GUI can't send ( It seems it can not connect anymore)
I created a new wallet, and the new wallet can be opened
But so now how to send coin from old to new wallet?
I have tried with many measures like :Reinstall windows, Delete sikka in roaming folders and sync from scratch, copy to another computer

The problem here is not asynchronous, but rather impossible to open the old wallet

I'm not the developer or have any affiliation what so ever but this has fixed most of the problems people are having after the move, your case is different so its a different problem period.

Dude, dont be so difficult, check that workaround.

It has auto canceled and returned after 24 hours because unconfirmed

Maybe this project is only you, and you are too busy to support the miner's questions.
For a long time tracking your project, I noticed that there were too many issues of unresolved miner, or very delayed.

And now there are two issues that make miner very fear for their assets
1 - Can not open old wallet with CLI wallets
2 - Send Sikka using GUI wallets is very complicated and is constantly being unconfirmed
