UAH will not be connected to UAH initially. Our hope is that the Government of Ukraine adopts the token or a token on it's own blockchain for Central bank issuance. If that fails we will launch under our own ERC20 token and issue our card platform.

I think you should fix the OP because it shows that the total amount of tokens dedicated for pre ICO is 50,000,000 token, not 100,000,000
