It's amazing to know that some people and organisations did manage to continue their years of service in helping save the Earth. Like how the South African branch of Oracle work with impactChoice to implement their carbon mitigation solution since 2009 and how it successfully expanded to across Africa and Europe. To deliver  the main objective of offsetting energy-related carbon emissions at Oracle events and making a positive contribution to the environment and impoverished communities was achieved.

This ICO lasts a very long time and not everyone is ready to invest in a project whose sale lasts half a year. I invest in various projects and personally for me this is a long time. Maybe I'm not the only one and that's why they sold only 15%. During this time, the price of bitcoin and eth fell and increased several times. I'm afraid of such projects since if I invest in the first stage of ICO then my money is frozen for half a year and not the fact that the sale of tokens will be successful. After the main sale, maybe they will not bargain for a few more months on large exchanges.

That is true, there has been a long time and the investors are wondering whether it is profitable to join in, I choose to keep supporting this projects since I think there will be some hope to be a successful project since the concept of this project is clear.

And...while the ICO extension is a pain in the backside, they're doing so (or at least this is what we've been told), so that they can launch with a market ready product. If true, it should boost the market value quite a lot. I'm still optimistic. Hopefully our patience will pay off.

Yes, I agree with you. These funds should be used to implement the project. Probably, announcing an early exit on the exchangers the team can attract additional investors.
