Its not a comment, all my reddit posts are constructive with a strong foundation and thoroughly researched, leading to learn more about what Spectre is about. Will the stakes count by upvotes?
Can someone explain me how the signature campaign reward is calculated. Spectre is stating that users will earn $20-35 per post. What if they spend more $ for the program than they raise in the ICO (or it is very high proportion)?
