Did they resume the AMM tokens trading because previous many people used to complain lot of things about HitBtc. Still, people are facing problem with HitBtc exchange and when they are giving any reply to the support tickets.

1) where is the form that you need to fill in order to get the tokens?
2) how do I find out the e-mail I used when registering for the company's bounty (to register an orderbook account for it)
