There is always an atom of truth in some rumor. whether it is a rumor or not if Amazon venture into accepting bitcoin it will be the greatest decision they have ever make because it will make purchasing and making payment with Amazon very simple and fast. It will also give them edge over all other online marketplace.

If this will happen it will be huge change and advantages for the countries like America where amazon is near.. hope that Lazada will do it also...
This is great opportunity for bitcoin and to those investors in amazon despite of bitcoins technology and high valued price.
But some says that this is only rumors and fake but hopefully if this time amazon will do it then other's will also follow and this can be a huge exposure for bitcoin

When the news filtered the airwaves some weeks back, I was initially on the pessimist side because the same several news has happened neither would the party concerned confirm it nor would will see the implementation but with date attached to it now, I am likely to believe it to a large extent but at the same time, there is a long period between now and on the 26th which means things can still change. As we await the official news, let all keep the hopes high. |

Any more news about this? if this were to happen it could be the new boom for bitcoin. Amazon probably the biggest commercial business in the world accepting bitcoin would give us great exposure and I for sure would use the service via bitcoin.

If this happens it will be the start of BTC being accepted worldwide. Imagine a big company like amazon accepting cryptocurrency. Trust will be built and people will have interest on it and price will increase because of the demand.

news that comes into false reports we have to wait for the official announcement because without government interaction then can not accept bitcoin.
That person should wait for real announcements from Amazon owners.

Really? that's great. If this is true, then just imagine how big Amazon corporation is, BTC value will surely skyrocket in no time. I hope they will include international orders as well so that I can take advantage of the sales this coming Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Cheers!

In regards to Amazon accepting Bitcoin, it could go both ways depending on what is the real reason Bitcoin came about, what's the agenda behind it and where it will lead.

I'm not sure if squawer are a reliable source but I do hope this has some elements of truth in it. I've search the web and can't find any other news source confirming this though.
I also think that this source is not reliable, news about Amazon accepting bitcoins are in circulation for years, and I will not believe in this until it finally happen. 16 days until the date, I would like this to happen, I will buy something on Amazon with bitcoins and I will see how that works soon as it happen. I think some people wrote to Amazon and they shared their answer, they can get many new customers with accepting bitcoins and they know it, that's why they will accept bitcoins one day. |

Once the network is able to process at least one million transactions per second, (and reduce fees) this would be a completely different story.

The Amazon are already watching bitcoin for sure and they are just waiting for bitcoin to become more stable and stronger than before and now so if they will accept it then they will not have any problem with the usage of bitcoin because one of the reason why they are not accepting it because of the volatility that can cause them to have losses which is not good for a merchant because they will have negative profit. |

Amazon is experimenting the eased used of crypto especially bitcoin. This is what the tech giants are currently doing not just amazon except for google. This happens early this year when bitcoin price started booming.
It may be a good news for us because if this tech giants gets comfortable using it the price would again sky rockets
