Why is anonymity important for this coin?
anonymity is always seen as good, but the main use of humanitarycoin by the cryptonight algorithm is the decentralized transaction, in which we do not depend on any bank, this is very important, since banks only aim at 100% profit through exorbitant fees and a centralized system, where only the elite benefits more and more. Decentralization is the word for a decent future to humanity. |

That's the third time he asks. Does nobody have an answer? Myself, I cannot see why it is important for the use it is intended. I think it is just mentioned in the OP because it is a feature of all cryptonight coins. I see anonymity as the key to decentralization, because what we do not know, we can not impose specific order or rules: Elite |

That is great news, thank you Lukless. If I wanted to use the windows wallet rather than the linux wallet, how should I transfer my coins? It is all rather complicated lol. Thanks. I don't fancy losing 200k coins again!  |

I don't fancy losing 200k coins again! in the humanitarycoin website there is a small tutorial, but I will describe it here now: first of all, initiate humanitarycoind and wait for synchronization.Start the wallet: Open: simplewallet.exe press 'O' to open the wallet or 'G' to generate a new wallet. then to know which commands to fire, type help that will display the commands you can use. To start mining, use the command below: Start: start_mining stop: stop_mining To check the balance of the wallet: type the command: balance To make a transaction: transfer+0+Wallet_Address+amount example: transfer 0 H0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 1000 (the Gui wallet for windows will be released soon, with the interface no need to add any commands.) |

How do I use the new Windows wallet? When I click the .exe it states loading blockchain then pauses for a while before closing. Maybe because the linux wallet is open? Hmmm, I will play for a bit and see if I can fix it. EDIT- Yes, It will not open with the Linux wallet open. Problem sorted. |

Hi again, I transferred 77200 coins from my linux wallet to the windows wallet. That was hours ago and it still states unconfirmed. It is showing in my total balance though. My mining pool payouts are coming in fine. Is it something to do with the amount of coins? Will it take longer or something? No confirmations on it at all. Can you try to do a clean synchronization of blockchain, try to close program, move content of (C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\Humanitarycoin) to temp folder and start (hcn windows wallet) again... |
