The same thing i too experienced when i was a newbie.I got very much excited on seeing the rates of some altcoins going very high.When i wake up in the morning,i would see some altcoins price going very high and would get disappointed for missing the chance.Since altcoin market is highly volatile,we should follow the market continuously to make profits.So,i have lost my sleep many days to sell my altcoins at ATH.But my advice is to set our own profit margin of 5% or 10% and sell our coins once we reach our target.We could re invest it.

That happens a lot when you are new and most especially when you have started hitting good trades knowing that the few times you are sleeping, you can be using it to make some cash. You just have to find time to sleep and set a time limit for yourself to trade. See it as a normal work and remove your mind from it once you are done for that day.

If it makes you happy, you can auto set some trades for the night but what is the point? At least leave some of the cash for another different time zone. If you don't sleep, who will help you to spend the cash? Moreover, you need to be in sound mind for the next day trade you know!

I remember when I first put a lot of bitcoin on 1 coin, and the price goes down, that's when I could not sleep aka insomnia just to wait for price movements.
and as bad as I eventually lose out, after I lose, a few weeks later the price increases again is quite high. from that I get the experience, that trade requires extra patience.

Setting your target margin in trading is one of the best strategy to make your profits regular and healthy. If you become greedy and you are waiting for the high prices and ultimately you get nothing but a strong downfall then you would be regretting that moment of bad decision.
Set your target and whenever you just get that margin, sell.

That is exactly how I was when I started to trade, too much worried whether the price is going to go up or down, the worst trade was when I got profit from 3 days trade and it is gone within hours, crypto currencies is a very good asset to trade but the volatility is very high, so it need extra caution to make a trade

I’ll be hypocrite if I said no, so Yes, it bothers me about 10% of my emotion I’ve be upset and little worried for sometimes and 90% trust on bitcoin and thinking optimistically. So in the end nothing change and eventually decided to hold till the end. I’m not really much more than 6000$ eventhough it’s possible and it has more potential to go beyond 10000$ per bitcoin. I don’t think I can handle that much if things dramatically happen again. My tolerance to pressure may not as good as others does and I’m guilty of that.

Yes. Patience is a great attribute for anyone to have in this part of the technology community. The huge volatility most times always end up making people scared most especially at dips, but with patience, a period will come when you will know that no matter the huge dip, it cannot get below what you have bought in the past.

Gradually with patience, the confidence starts building until you realise you are now the one prep talking newbies.

Probably since I have been in the game for a while, I do not see this as a problem. It is a market, it is normal and it is prone to FUDs, but instead, I see it as a time to even make some profit than panicking.

Over time, you will get more confident in making such decisions knowing what the whole blockchain technology really is and why the community will thrive with effort to make it work. Moreover, not all coins can fit into this category I mentioned above and I don't even bother holding them unless I get them free though.

I also have insomnia...It's very important because it's your future and investment on the line...However recently i've concluded never put all your money on crypto..thats how i will never sleep...only put money you can lose...20 percent-30 percent is my portfolio of crypto investment...I count my cryptos worth nothing then when they go 10-100x great...if not it's ok...

i think you need to learn about how to manage your emotion and your feeling. i can give you advice that is work with me. when i start trading in my first time, i realize that with trading, i can not make profit in every day because crypto market is volatile. so i decide to whatever its happen, if i am place an order buy or sell, i don't want to thinking too much. if my order is filled then i will be good, but if not, i will replace with new one order and cancel the previous order. this is work with me every time i place the order so far and now i don't thinking too much about trading, let it happen and our profit won't go anywhere, it will be come back to us in the right time with the right place.

I think this is normal reactiopn when you betting your own crypto-money 

I was also wery excited at my "first time" but I try to focus on other things, like other activity or for exapmple some sports activity. Its even better when you are not concentrating on your trades for some time, you have to train your patience in that way, and learn to switch off your mind from needless worries And in the end it will give you positive result

Woah woah woah wait a minute. When did your currency just suddenly disappear? I haven't heard of that ever happening before unless we are talking about major exchanges like Cryptsy, BTC-e and Gox for example. (thankfully BTC-e is back, by the way)

Anyways I think what you are trying to say is you quickly lost all of your money trading, which makes sense and is normal... most people do, myself included. It seems easy, but in reality it takes a long time to master.

Here the best thing is to have positivity in our mind during the trading Because if we will have positivity then we can do work very well and manage every loss and profit easily in our life of trading in cryptocurrency .
Here in the starting i was also wondering whether to do work in the trading seriously or non seriously Because buy sell is a easy task but to make eye attention every time in market of those coins with which we are making trading .
Here I myself now making life simply to handle the trading but never think much and less to think about up and down because we can't control the Market with thinking only ,so we should be positive with our work .
