The energy projects really interest and excite me though. The potential of what WePower and others could achieve in pushing forward adoption, use and trading of renewable energy is incredible.

Yes, you will be able to buy Energy tokens through fiat currency and also crypto currency. Thank you. Energy tokens will not be withdrawable in the same way that wpr tokens are. |

What happens if a solar power plants, for any reason, does not reach the amount of production they committed to realize? What happens to the ET holders?

Producers must have an insurance or bank guarantee. If they fail to provide energy, WePower buys energy on the energy wholesale market and delivers the missing amount. As for WePower, it accelerates insurance/guarantee. The platform launch is announced by the team of WePower and I think that it promise a lot for the future of the green energy. With moore updates and the definitive version I think that green energy can get the attention who it need.

No, they would have to be staked on the platform. In November, you'll be able to do that. If i hold WPR at platform, In November, Will I be able to get free tokens as a stake? And will it include auctions too?
You would get a proportional amount of the 0.9% contributors pool, in energy tokens. I encourage you to check out our whitepaper here for further details: https://goo.gl/hVr6BKYou aren't required to take part in auctions in order to get that, it is completely separate. |
