coinexchange contact told that due to backlog and high volume of registered traders they where not able to list ebtc online but give assurance that ebtc will be listed in coinex but they dont give exact date when it  will be. but since we are already paid i hope they do their promise also

If be normal exchange Coinex had to immediately specify the date of listing, and not to delay time and not reporting anything for a couple of weeks. And if they have any problems, then even in this case they should give an approximate date. I think they first list the coins with a large volume.
