I missed out on the swap and I am stuck with my old ebtc. Can I still swap my coins?
If you had your eBTC in a private wallet like MEW or on HitBTC exchange now you must have your new eBTC 1:1. just remove the old contract from custom token and add new custom token
here is
 the new contract : 0xeb7c20027172e5d143fb030d50f91cece2d1485d
Decimal : 8
if your tokens were not in exchange at the time of SWAP you have them in your private wallet now. just Check it now.

HitBTC also paid 1:1 for the new contract.

Not sure but try checking your etherdelta address on ethplorer maybe you received the new tokens or else you are stuck with old tokens.

And he will succeed. Give some hope. Waiting quietly
count me in for one of those who are hoping that someday this coin me rise up and never look from the back. for those who are saying that this is a scam coin we respect your opinion. but for us who believe in this coin we have different outlook than what you have

I also really hope and believe in eBTC. This coin will be successful, but provided that the developers will never sell their tokens without the consent of the community. A strong and trusting community is only half the success. But it is worthwhile for developers to make at least one wrong step and then the end comes and no community will help.

I also saw in telegrams how members of ELTCOIN's team offered their help in creating a purse. They apparently want to unite with eBTC. But as far as I understand our developers ignored their message in the general chat. Perhaps they agreed behind the scenes and this is the long-awaited news and a surprise for the community. I realy hope.

I think that there are prospects for ebtc, eth is now used in many projects, because it is several times faster than transactions and support for smart contracts than in BTC

This might be something I missed - sorry if it's already been addressed - but how did this coin end up on hitbtc so quickly?

I do not know, but the first message from ELTKOIN that I saw yesterday was deleted, and the second one was today, but it was ignored by the team in the general chat. Look at the telegram group.
Perhaps they are reluctant to talk about this ahead of time.

They added eBTC quite a while back. If I am not wrong I think they added eBTC out of blue when the price was around .0014 ETH per token.

You bring up some good points.  We have a great community and a great Dev team working on eBTC.  Keep in mind this was a free airdrop.  While an ICO would have 10's of millions of dollars to play with, our dev's have only a few thousand in tokens to pay for website development, hosting, servers, application costs for exchanges, lawyers for legal documents for the application for the larger exchanges, a token swap.  And that's just for now.  Soon they will have to pay for advertising and a hundred more things I don't know about.  This is why they're all working as volunteers for now and I know they have paid for some of those things out of their own pocket as well.
