I just game basketball and League of legends.
sometimes my girlfriend is my stress reliever.
My stress reliever is my pc , ps4 and my family . Everytime I feel stressed I just play some of my pc games and when I'm tired in pc I start playing ps4 but most of the time I just need to make a little conversation with my family to ease my stress. |

If I am stressed I do several things to relieve my stress one of it is by playing my favorite sports like basketball and volleyball because when I am playing these sports it lessen my stress. Another is by playing computer game most especially I always love playing dota2. Lastly and the best stress reliever is when I am with my girlfriend, she is my best stress reliever.

The things that I do when I'm stress are, I eat foods I want to eat specially icecream, I read ebooks to divert my stress, and I play basketball because playing basketball makes me happy.

Best way to relieve stress is to achieve something great. Like clean the mailbox or complete some work to be done. It gives a lot of nice feelings.

Cycling (actually, an ebike also known as pedelec) gives a good feeling especially in Istanbul (Turkey). Also commuting is way more fun on a megapols traffic.
