My stress reliever is a vacation. Surely when we are stressed we need something calm and fun. It was like a getaway to the island or mountain. Because that's where the crowd is away from. You will surely feel calm and united with nature. That's my way to relieve stress.

Stop caring so much. Many times we think we’re caring when we are really worrying about things we cannot control or change.
