When i'm stress i just open my bible read it this is the best stress reliever ever, sometimes i eat sweet foods and get busy my self in any activities just to relax my mind.

By traveling to the forest and doing camping with friends that as my stress reliever. The other way is to go to the beach with the family while roasting fish together.
