Actually im the type of person who have kind of cheap stress reliever. this might be applied to many of you too. my stress reliever are just laying on bed all day play my favourite song sing out loud, not moving from bed and repeat. cheap isn't it ?

My stress reliever is sleep. I know stress is seriously bad for human being. That's why I am really afraid of stress. Whenever I feel stress, I try to go to sleep. Because sleep makes me happy. When I gets something stress related going into my mind, I go to sleep   Smiley

Girlfriend, pc games, movies. Anything that takes me out of this reality basically relieves my stress.

When  I  am  stress, I used  to  sing worship song to God because, this  is  my way of giving to him all my burdens  just as He  said to his words  "come to me all who are weary and  I will give you rest.

My stress reliever is eating right, stress levels and a proper diet are closely related. When we’re overwhelmed, we often forget to eat well and resort to using sugary, fatty snack foods as a pick me up. I'm trying to avoid sugary snacks and plan ahead. Fruits and vegetables are always good, and fish with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to reduce the symptoms of stress. A tuna sandwich really is brain food.

playing basketball and listening to music to relax my mind, and does not think of the problems . just thinking of other stuff than the problem to avoid stress and also entertaining myself to forget the problem use to give stress to me .the best way is to talk to someone and gives you opinion to lighten up your mood.

Bicycle ride... furthermore, I'm discussing cruiser ride... each time is simply mysterious... the minute I get on bicycle overlook all inconveniences, hash control, exchanging comes about, venture administration, sweetheart issues everything just vanishes... you recognize the feeling of adjusting and control over your moves and feel in full control over your life; you know whether you turn the handle right you will push ahead right. My stress reliever is going somewhere Anywhere alone and praying Hard. I just wanted to be alone because I know myself,i might say or do something bad toward the thing im stressed on.

Having a beer with some good friends helps, laying in bed with my gf or smoking a nice joint also helps hehe.
