My stress reliever is watching movies, playing computer games, petting my pets and my girlfriend.

Meditation. I focus my senses inwards and find calmness. Meditation is a very effective way of relieving stress. The biggest advantage of meditation is it is free! Unlike other stress reliever. and you can do it anywhere anytime. You can do it on a very busy subway or a quiet empty room. However, for some people meditation is hard. It is very hard to focus inwards and it takes time to master how to block all those noises and external stimulants. Like other crafts practicing meditation will only make you better at it.  Grin

Wow, that is new for me. But I do not understand how to do meditation. Usually when I have stress, I watch some preachers, inspirational talk show, and some of my favorite song. But all of that sometimes does not give me any effect, so the best stress reliever is sleep. Or maybe sometimes I just go to sleep and work at night because it is so quite. There is no human, that means no problems right ? Grin I can focus on my work or staring at the wall for hours. It gives me some thought and idea, about how to overcome the stress and continue living.

Doing what you enjoy most is the best way to release stress. Personally, I prefer paying badminton since I love the game so much. Cheesy

My stress reliever is going to church every sunday morning until evening. Its a nice feeling to refresh every weekend with God and make a quiet time. Just ask wisdom while playing a old piano. Specially when you talk to the elder of the church who always teach you in every aspect of life and situation. So much stress relieve and loving life with passion and sincerity! What do you think guys!

When I am stressed,  I love to play online or offline games. Especially those action games that has tasks and missions to accomplish. It as quite challenging for me and most of the times I am eager to win and accomplish the tasks or missions.

Sometimes I listening music and watching movies. I am also happy when I am with my family because they are special to me and I want them to be with me and be happy. So I want to do everything for them because they are my stress reliever Cheesy.

seeing my children from work remove my stress away. when i opened our main door and they are running towards me then hugging and kissing me. though am so tired i am oblidge to carry then one by one but it feels like am not tired anymore.

I love listening rock musics , playing online games , bonding with my friends and specially with my family. It helps me relieve my stress when i do this things and it makes me inspired to be with them everyday.

I like to play video games, and especially FPS when I am stressed. I also relieve myself in other ways, if you get what I mean  Cool

I want to try it! I actually tried couple times, but it wasn't successful(( How did you train how to do it?

Listening to music while eating barbeque and drinking beer. I always do this alone. It relieves my stress especially after work.
