Bitcoin is not gambling. In gambling a player can win and have all the money, but will leave his opponents empty handed. In bitcoin all the players can win and leave all of them happy.

Gambling here is a positive connotation which means we are risking some of our wealth to be invested in the form of Bitcoin or digital currency where we dare to take considerable risks, unlike the ordinary gambling we meet in places specific to gambling. For me Bitcoin is an investment asset in the form of digital money that gives a positive effect for myself in terms of economy.

I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
bitcoin is really not a gambling because this is virtual currency,it turns to gambling when you start making profit.on what way?by gambling sites itself,or by trading ..though they say trading is not a gambling, but for me it is a gambling, because no one really knows what coins will pump or will grow in instances so when putting your mone on such, means you gambled The funds and just taking risk if this will grow or not.isnt it a gambling?

many misunderstand what bitcoin is, and they quickly conclude that bitcoin is a gamble without figuring out what bitcoin is. I do not think they are responsible for their words.

I personally do not see that Bitcoin is gambling because Bitcoin is really a digital asset we have to analyze if we want to make a profit.
The person who says that Bitcoin is gambling is people who do not know what is Bitcoin,
Bitcoin is not a gamble it's all about a very profitable online investment
For me Bitcoin is an investment asset in the form of digital money that gives a positive effect for me in terms of economy.

in gambling you just bet on something and one loses the other win but in trading you own something, you own an asset and when you sell it the other as well can profit from it.

In the opinion of people who have studied Bitcoin like myself, Bitcoin is not a gamble but if, according to people who have not studied Bitcoin, they would have guessed if Bitcoin was a gambling game.

So many views of bitcoin by different people. If bitcoin is gamble then all fiat currency are gamble too. Go to all stock exchange, what happens there is what happens in all cryptocurrency exchange. How then only bitcoin is gamble?

Gambling is different from investing. Gambling is playing games or using entertainment as a way to earn money. When someone invests in Bitcoin, they are not there to be entertained, they are there to earn wisely. However, A similarity from both is that they both have uncertain outcome.

I think that they are saying that bitcoin is a type of gambling because of the fast price changes or movements which make the people think that bitcoin is just a form of gamble since you cannot be sure if the price of bitcoin will go up or not. Bitcoin is always moving and because of the risks, it is called as a gamble.

what is equivalent to digital money with gambling, obviously different, Bitcoin can be said to be a gamble if used for betting, it all depends on where people see it themselves Bitcoin is not a gamble except the person.
Investing is gambling, when you buy stocks you could lose your money if the company goes bankrupt or if the price per share goes down. It's not gambling in the traditional sense, but it could be said that it is “gambling”. So yes, Buying Bitcoin is “gambling”, in the sense that it is an investment that could price crash at any time.

But traditional investments (stocks) are not considered gambling because the changes one way or another are generally not massive or rapid. Cryptocurrencies can and will go any way multiple times a day, so they're way closer to gambling than investing. This is why I always find it weird people call themselves 'investors' after buying $10 of BTC.

Yes, bitcoin is not gambling, bitcoin is a track record, and you can make the investment by analyzing the market.
Track record is a bit vague terminology, so I think the best word which is used for the bitcoin is block chain system. The best thing about this system is that it doesn’t need audit because it is being audited by different people around the world at the same time and the numbers matches every time. As far as gambling is concerned, I think gambling is pure luck but this system has knowledge and luck both of the factors.

I agree with you, because Bitcoin is not a big game, because we spend a lot of money and lots of time every day behind it. If anyone thinks that it is a big game, then it is wrong. It is good currency but bitcoin is not gambling.

It's not just technically gambling and it just has the aspects that happens in gambling. We invest but we are not sure if we gain or not. Same as gambling that we bet even if we aren't sure if we win or not. But only on that part and whole rest is different from gambling.

Ofcourse its not. Bitcoin is a currency not a game, aside from it it will just become gambling if you are going to take the risk of investment and trading becauae you are not aure there if you will going tk earn or lose your money. We spend our time and effort just to earn it. Honestly even though we didnt invest we can still get it so its not a gambling.

Bitcoin is not Gambling. It is a digital currency used in different ways. Just for example in this forum. Yes it is used in gambling but not a Game itself. It is used as incentive, used for investments and trading. It is converted into fiat or may be a payment directly through internet. In our country it is also used to directly retail or buy load. Very handy and convenient. Bitcoin is more than the concept of Gambling.

When you invest money in buying bitcoin you can't know what its price will be tomorrow so you dont know if you are going to lose or win. But bitcoin is not gambling because we spend a lot of time hard working to earn bitcoin.

No I would not say bitcoin is gambling, what I would say is bitcoin would be a huge risk when it comes to investment, you can lose your money value if price goes down or it could be profitable if the price value of bitcoin goes up.
