I think both are coins that have potential. If you can invest in both coins why not, we know both have their own advantages. But, all back to the strategy of everyone, some invest in both to avoid risk if there is a constraint on one coin, and there are also investing entirely in one coin because they believe the coin will have a high value. Yes, Ethereum is a great coin with good potentials base on the smart contract, transaction ability and good developers but Ethereum is not strong as Bitcoin in terms of investment. Ask yourself if  Ethereum was the coin facing all the FUD, SEC and regulators negativity what would have happen to the coin.

My thought is, Bitcoinn is the King and Eth is her Queen. And king always will be King. Because I think ETH have a goood future. but it can't be touch bitcoin. In 2020 bitcoin will touch about 50k USD. It's not a joke,  It can be easily. Amd ETH can be 3-5k USD. So, These are my thought about that two great coins

I honestly like and support ethereum and bitcoin at the same time and i think they both strong, reliable... but if i had to choose only one, probably i’d say ethereum. I think it’s more efficient.

Why did you say "versus" between Bitcoin and ETH. They are not rival coins. Both of them has a different function. It is like MSWORD and MSEXCEL. ETH cannot stand alone. Its price is relying to the price of BTC. When BTC is up, ETH will be also up.
