Both coin have different thoughts.Bitcoin fastest cryptocurrency in the world.bitcoin most valuable cryptocurrency and second one but price difference is big.Bitcoin is most popular than Ethereum,most of the people know about bitcoin.100 thousands merchants and stores accept Bitcoin a huge achievement beside Ethereum not much merchants and stores accept.Ethereum popular for creating smart contracts in the blockchain.

In the past few months, ETH has received a lot of advertising in the media, which helped attract the attention of the main investors of the crypto-currency market to the coin. This was the main reason that during the correction of the crypto-currency market, the etherium lost relatively less (so, bitcoin lost 40% of its maximum -which I think not so risky).

For me, both sides are good and better when it comes to investing money in it. But I think that bitcoin is greater than this or another currency in the world, that because of its higher value in the market, which is interested or interested in having some people patronize this work. It is useful for each user and investors to receive a higher profit.

Personally, I think it's only the only advantage it has,what it is designed for long-term trading.It's just that this coin is too sensational,as it is the very first cryptocurrency.More potential, I unfortunately do not see.

Both are great investments.
BTC was the 'founding father' of cryptocurrencies whereas ETH was built on top of the BTC framework to include more advanced and better features. ETH is considered the 'founding father' of smart contracts in the blockchain.
I wouldn't say one replaces the other. Both are significant in their own ways.

Bitcoin is not the KING of cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin is the Legendary and ancestors of this currency.
Ethereum, ethereum will never be a queen as long as there are so many potential tokens that are going on her way.
Waves is a cool one and a big threat to it, and how about bitcoin cash? Litecoin and as of now, NEO is getting great.
Many ICO is now getting their token with NEO wallet. that is what Ethereum need to surpass now.

As biggest market cap value in market, bitcoin can called as king of cryptocurrency right now. I am believe bitcoin will survive as biggest market cap in next 5 years but others coin like ethereum will compete with bitcoin.

I don't think Ethereum will be worth more bitcoin but I still keep my Deposit in Ethereum.
