SAP has their own agenda and wanna preserve their market share.
SophiaTX is not worried about that and is focused in a complete disruption. It can be an advantage.

The ‘indirect access’ issue has been a running sore among SAP customers for some years. Essentially it boils down to this: SAP wants paying additional license fees where a third party system accesses data generated by SAP systems.

Therefore my concern:

• SOPHIATX Blockchain = third party blockchain/system accessing SAP generated data. Customer has to pay for SophiaTX and 3rd party usage.
  
• SAP Blockchain = Customer has "only" to pay for the SAP Blockchain

Mirta is joining from the Frankfurt office of Accenture, where she has been leading change management on technology transformation projects including Fortune 500 companies.

It will be interesting to see how SophiaTX will differ from SAP with their own strategy.

Does not matter, because SAP customers stick to the SAP strategy(AKA back to standard).
Otherwise running this extremely expensive standard software would not make sense.
