That's a good point you mention here. Maybe they should consider adjusting these rates to the new market situation.

They will announce new exchange rates for the next round, I think. But can't imagine they adjust them during this round.

So if I have understand it well youare saying that they would change the exchange rates for the round 3.

Correct, there will be new exchange rates for the third round (there are new rates for every round - always as an average of 24 hours previous to start of the round).

Great that you adjust the rates to the current price of etherium and DCT. I think especially etherium could get much higher with that current market.

I did an ETH transaction 24h ago and its still "pending"
This cannot be good for ICO's.

Also I just did a BTC transaction and paid 12$ in fee.

So you put a little price for gas. Now in MEW it is possible to put the gas price up to 120 gwei. If you put 120 gwei for 21000 gas it will cost a little more than $ 1, but the transaction will take place in a few minutes.

why do it says 8 usd when i put 40 gwei ?

I think thats because the gas limit is very high.

gas limit at 210000

I wrote about sending ETH: 120 * 21000 = 0.00252ETH
You probably send tokens if you have a gas of 210000. Sending tokens is certainly more expensive several times.

yes, with the network rejecting so many transactions it is hard for any ICO but they will manage. It's been a good start.

DCT: BTC/DCT - this can be considered as a typo. It should be: DTC/BTC 0.00003916320000000001 because 1DCT costs this much BTC. So:

Hard caps are always better for the companies... I also think for the investors cause this means that there is a big demand .. usually after the ICO the price goes up when an ICO is sold out (not always though)

Hard caps are always better for the companies... I also think for the investors cause this means that there is a big demand .. usually after the ICO the price goes up when an ICO is sold out (not always though)

I agree, hard cap usually makes the project very popular, and the bulk of investors buy tokens on exchange. But the price is already more expensive, so it's better to invest at early stage when you confident in the success of the project!
