Maybe you missed to read this announcement recently a talented person join them as CMO. Now I have good hope about the future of this project it will start rising soon and they will do their best to make it very popular project in coming days.

SophiaTX is expanding the leadership team by appointing Mirta Jarnjak as its Chief Marketing Officer!

Mirta is joining from the Frankfurt office of Accenture, where she has been leading change management on technology transformation projects including Fortune 500 companies. 
In her new role she will be leading the marketing activities, ranging from social media, public relations to supporting strategic initiatives and partnerships.

No. These tokens will be exchanged for coins. Then there will be mining DPOS. Approximately 30% of the coins will be mined. So it was announced in whitepaper on the ICO. Maybe now the developers have changed something in the project, I do not know.

Besides mining (DPOS) and earning part of the 150 million SPHTX tokens to be mined as stated in the whitepaper, you can also develop apps that can be sold for SPHTX in the in-built marketplace. Both are possible ways to earn SPHTX. None of them is easy though.

Do you have price expectation? for short and medium term? I am very hopeful of this project but I am still 50% loss on dollar basis.

Everyone wants an estimated price. Nobody knows that. but I think the price and the project will come to great places in the future. I just want to know how long we wait.

I think a crucial step will be the launch of the mainnet which is scheduled for July, when I remember correctly. Let's see what will happen then

Nope, dpos doesn't work like that.

There will be some limited people which can forge. And they will become forger by getting highest votes. You can check lisk for it.

And people are incetivized to vote because nodes give forged coins to voters (usually). Btw, speaking of general electric, I remember that you were in talk with them during the TGE, have you finalized this partnership?
