You can find details on the site. In brief, it’s obvious that this is a team of professionals with innovative thinking, experienced architects who has implemented more than one global project.
I like when the project doesn’t conceal its developers. This is a characteristic of openness and proficiency. If we talk about the latter, how can the project prove that it’s honest?
The BitRent team consists of highly skilled specialists who has colossal experience in real estate area and the developers in the area of blockchain technology. All the processes that take place are open, the developers are available, all the plans are spread before the eyes. And the main point – the project uses escrow!
Okay! We’ll see. Why did the creators chose the chips approach for blockchain? I think there were other options, too.

There’s enough attention paid to this in WP. In brief, when blockchain technology is combined with RFID technology,  the marks and reader units are better protected from being faked. It’s possible to get reliable data on all the construction stages or state of the house right up to the moment of dismantling.

There’s enough attention paid to this in WP. In brief, when blockchain technology is combined with RFID technology,  the marks and reader units are better protected from being faked. It’s possible to get reliable data on all the construction stages or state of the house right up to the moment of dismantling.
Will the system be tested in Russia, for example?

Do I correctly understand that in case of investment in one object the volume of funds invested should be very limited? Will developers have to find the number of buildings enough for demand of investors?

In my opinion, a high level of competition has a positive side. This may be an incentive for development and reform. In my opinion, the monopoly is much worse. Therefore, I do not see competition as a hindrance to development.
