It finally happened: For the first time someone made use of bustadice's max profit by winning Ƀ 20 in a single bet. Congratulations! This is really huge bet ever, 20 btc with 2.25 multiplier is a daring thing to do. This is so big whale playing right here, but there is no result on their roll right there, I just wondering how much that he roll. 20 btc in a single bet is really huge amount to bet due to the current price. I believe this is the biggest bet ever currently compare to every site

not the only one, there was one story our gameprotect loved to harp on where the site's bankroll suffered unexpected loss in a few huge winning bets,he cried foul play but nothing can be proven here it must be variance or the pundits found some winning strategy its luck-nothing more nothing less, 3% of the bankroll lost is not critical, but if the trend contimues to,say > 150 bitcoins lost then yeah, selling houses and cars and playing on bustabit is a good idea

Ever heard of variance? That's what is happening now. Yeah, bustabit is down and players are up, but when you gamble now, you're still expected to lose 1% of your wagers over time.

For perspective, bustadice is taking up to 20 BTC bets. Losing 90 BTC isn't really all that strange, especially considering the (unfortunately) low volume it's doing. I've been able to audit the games, and I feel very confident that all wins are totally legitimate. (Unless I've been hacked or something, but it would be a strange hacker that leaves the ~200 bitcoin I have on my computer untouched ) On bustabit for instance, I've lost 270+ bitcoins from a player who was betting a max of 1 bitcoin at a time. No foul play involved, just variance. As Daniel alluded to, the whole point of having a huge bankroll is because players really can actually win up that. If winning 100 BTC was some wtf-blackswan event, there would really be no point having such a big bankroll. --- Also on both other casinos I've been involved in, they both started off getting run pretty deep into the red before they eventually permanently recovered. I think bustabit for instance in the early day lost like 90 bitcoin in a single day, due to two whales having fun (betting 1 bitcoin at a time, each). I over-reacted to the situation and dropped the max bet to 0.1 bitcoin, which only served to drove the whales off (making them take their profits, and never return) and made that recovery take quite a long time. I'm pretty confident in the future of bustabit. Daniel's now sitting on a pretty nice commission (instead of being in financial straits), and I'm sure the players are no doubt very happy. As long as there is volume, things will work out.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Hey guys. Congrats on the site. It looks really nice.
I have a question about investing. It is said in the faq that the dilution fee is 10% for all investments. But offsite investments fees are paid with the onsite balance, that is a bit confusing to me. To get onsite balance, you are already paying a 10% fee. So aren't offsite investments charged twice? Or you get fee credit when you pay offsite fees with onsite balance, to compensate?
In an example: imagine i want to end up with 1btc onsite + 24 offsite. Total investment 25 btc. Fee should be a bit less than 2.5 btc (because i should get back a tiny part of the fee). How should i proceed, and how are onsite and offsite fees going to be charged in this case?
Thanks and sorry if i made dumb questions =)
You've got the right idea: Dilution fees are charged on the entire investment (onsite change plus offsite change), so to invest Ƀ 25 the fee would be (slightly less than) Ƀ 2.5. In your example the onsite investment wouldn't be able to cover that, so you'd either have to invest more onsite or reduce your offsite investment. By the way: Moving coins from offsite to onsite and vice versa is free, so you can always increase or decrease your onsite to offsite ratio later on.

As i have read above its a -88 BTC loss for investors? Well this thing do really happens and it isnt surprising though because there are really times that there are players who do win bigtime. Risking too much money would normally result on huge payout too.

Indeed you have to have big balls!!! And, overall, the bankroll to play such a big amount. This means that the winner is able also to afford the eventual lose of it, pretty much with no regrets.

If you had Bitcoin on bustadice (including investments) at the time of the Bitcoin Gold fork, your BTG balance will show up on the withdraw page. For your convenience your Bitcoin Gold will be sold at market rates and credited to your bustadice account as Bitcoin. If you prefer to receive Bitcoin Gold instead, please use the support form to let me know by November 25.
